Hire Rates
Maiden Bradley Residents – £17.50 per hour
Non residents / businesses – £25.00 per hour
Daily and weekend rates available on application
Hire price includes use of crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking equipment (pots & pans etc), tables, table cloths and chairs. Hot water and central heating
A refundable £100 deposit to cover cleaning or breakages will be required.
The hall holds a Performing Rights License.
If you require a license to sell alcohol, a Temporary Event Notice will be required at a cost of £21 plus a £5 admin fee. You will need to inform the hall at the time of booking (at least 2 weeks notice needed).
The Hall has free Wifi
Children’s outside play area and lawns
Car parking for up to 20 cars.
There is disabled parking, access and accessible toilets.
